To update your credit card information on file for your pet’s policy, you will need to call our Care Team at 1-855-600-7072 as we cannot accept banking information through email or chat.
If you signed up with PayPal or Apple Pay, you will need to contact PayPal or Apple Pay to make any updates to avoid a lapse in coverage for your pet if a payment fails using these payment methods. If you signed up with PayPal or Apple Pay but now want to update it to your credit card, our Care Team would be happy to help you make this update to your file by calling them at 1-855-600-7072.
