When is my monthly payment date?

Your monthly payment date is the same day each month as your policy start date.

When you enroll, you should receive a Declaration Page in your new member Welcome Pack. The Declaration Page will outline various details, including your monthly payment date. 


Your monthly premium payment date for your pet is the same day each month that you enrolled your pet or known as the ‘Policy effective date’. If you called our Care Team and enrolled your pet for a future date, the date you choose will be the monthly payment date.


If you’re unsure what this date is, you can review the Declaration Page that you received after enrollment or at renewal. You can also contact our Care Team via email at care@phidirect.com who would be happy to let you know what this date is.
